The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a quiet area, next to a metro line which is very convenient to move around in Paris, the center of the city and supermarket. Breakfast with excellent croissant. I appreciated the spacious and warm room. The employees were AFFABLE and amicable. The location of the property was nice - just a short stroll away from an expansive public park.
Well, no elevator.

The value for money at Hotel De La Place was great and our room was spacious. The location was convenient with a metro station nearby and plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and a lovely food market just across the street. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially the man at the reception who went above and beyond to fulfill our needs.
The morning meal could have been improved with a fan or air conditioning in the dining area to make it more comfortable during the hot summer days.

The room at Hotel De La Place was awesome! It had everything I needed - a comfy bed, a TV, and free WiFi. I felt right at home and had a great time chilling in the room after a long day exploring.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the 24-hour front desk. I prefer a more relaxed vibe where I can just come and go without feeling like I'm constantly being watched.

So, my stay at this place was pretty decent. the location was a major plus point. It was only a 5-minute walk from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore Paris. Secondly, the price was very reasonable, especially considering it was in Paris. And finally, the room was fine - nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable.
Now, let's talk about the downsides. there was no elevator, which could be an issue for elderly or disabled guests.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the room rates are affordable compared to other options in Paris, allowing for a budget-friendly trip.
The sound insulation between rooms could be improved to enhance the overall experience.
